The Collier Spay Neuter Clinic is a brand new facility open to our community. Overpopulation of animals is a real concern and their lives are taken needlessly everyday. This clinic nips it in the bud, and helps the root cause of the overpopulation of animals. As a part of the World Yoga Mission (in service for the highest good of all), I invite you and your lovies to practice with us on Aug the 18th at Bayshore Coffee House. All welcome. All level. 7pm. The class is $10. Please bring new or used the following items: dog and cat nail clippers; combs/brushes; various size dog and cat beds; stainless food and water bowls; new or gently used clean bath towels; various size dog and cat crates and carriers; clumping kitty litter; Nylabones; interactive toys; stuffed and rubber toys, paper towels, blue and pink index cards, copy paper. Other ways to help this new clinic in town.

Great gratitude for you. From the center core of the earth all the way up to the highest of high, I extend a huge thank you for all of your email messages and phone calls with condolences after my dad had passed. Your intention was felt and I appreciate it a whole lot. Blessings and sweet yogic ooomm's for you and your families. Sat Nam, DamaDe' This is a World Yoga Mission. We are in a time and place when folks are in need of stress relief more then ever. Never fear, yoga is here.. and the willingness to implement the beautiful and sacred technology into communities large and small across the globe is where yours truly steps in and UP. I hear from folks that their pocketbooks are dwindeling & stress levels rising, etc.. Please, by all means, use your resources around you. Yoga is a time tested & true resource 1,000s of years old. If you have yet to try yoga, here is your seedling reminder message and if you are indulged in your practice, then when would be a better time for you to teach it to others? I'm not talking about getting a yoga teacher cert. necessarily, I am implying that you guide another on a casual note at home or in the office, at a reunion or even to a total stranger. Now is the time to take care of yourself first, then spread the yoga love with each other. Personally, I notice that the breathwork hits home for most folks. So whilst in your next class, memorize the breath pattern, practice it on your personal time then teach it to another. Kids need it too!! Perhaps teach them to breath deeply as they fall asleep. "Paint the ceiling with the breath," as I like to say in class. The number of folks practicing yoga will multiply as the months pass us by. Rest assured that more and more people will include yoga into their weekly rituals. There will be many, however, that will refuse. One step at a time. Breathing and stetching anyone can do. Coming to present time is far from dogmatic. I encourage education. Ask yourself, "Whats more?" "What more is there to learn about this science of yoga?" I can tell you one thing, yoga includes asana (postures), but yoga is not just a bunch of asanas. When you become comfortable doing the same routine over and over again.. I ask, what will it take to transform? Doing the same thing again the next day? Try reaching out of your comfort zone. Try a kundalini class where mantra is prevalant and long breathwork patterns with asana are the norm. Try restorative yoga if you have been conditioned to do 40,000 sunsalutes in one class. Try something different. If you want change, then you must be the change you want to see. Yes? As a final reminder, yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a science, a technology. Yoga means union.
